(We didn't actually make it to the corn maze. There were too many other fun things and before we knew it, bed time was upon us!)

My Baby turned 1!!!!!

Bubba decided he wanted to try on a few Halloween costume items before he decided on one.

Can we say "Ralphy?" (You know, from the Christmas story!)

Me: What are you going to be for Halloween?

DD: A princess with wings and glass slippers.

I don't usually dress up, but DD kept insisting, so I did. So, naturally, I found something for DH too! Oh, and if you didn't notice DS "decided" on a lion costume.

Just a little update from us. We've been busy recently. Hope all is well with you and yours. Happy holidays!

So much to do, so little time!

I'm going to try and post a little more. Try being the key word. I used to be pretty good with getting things done and organizing my time. But lately I've been feeling a little stretched. So stretched that I just don't want to do anything!

Other than that we're all healthy and pretty happy, I think. Let's see...what have we done lately...

We went to the state fair and Bugs got to ride a pony. Don't you just love the bandaid on her forehead? (No real need, she bonked and needed a bandaid!)

Bubba (almost 11 months) is already learning how to ride sister's big wheel. (Don't worry...DH was close by - he even sent the poor boy rolling down the drive way - he's got good balance!)

Pioneer Day BBQ

We had a blast with family at T's cousin's house for a pioneer day celebration! Bugs liked the fireworks, but she insisted on covering her ears! Here are some pictures and video!

Bubba loves to JuMp! He squeals and screams with delight.

Bugs loved her Elmo kite. It was a very windy day, however, the wind kept changing directions, so the kite took many nose dives. She loved it anyway!

We went swimming with Grandma (my mom) recently.
It was Bubba's first time in a pool.
He wasn't quite sure what to think.

Bugs was kind of scared until she put on her life jacket and the inner tube - she just floated around the pool the whole time.

Bubba will smile and laugh often for us...but he always has a smile and laugh for Bugs. We just love to watch them interact.

Here's our little guy. He's growing up so fast! I love it when he wakes up and I go to get him - he has the most genuine smile for me. He is my sweet chunker lunker! He's totally a solid guy and we love it!

Okay - I give in. Alyson inspired me. This is me at 31 weeks. I'm now at 35 weeks, so you can imagine how I look now! Things are going well, considering. Wish me luck!
