I'm not very political minded, but when it comes to the world my kids live in I want it to be the best. If I don't vote and there are things being done that I don't agree with, I really can't complain because I did nothing to change it when I could.


In the song, Waiting on the World to Change, by John Mayer he says, "And when you trust your television what you get is what you got cause when they own the information, oh hey can bend it all they want." I agree and that is why I don't watch the news much. It also says, "One day our generation is gonna rule the population." I also agree. Our generation will govern one day - we need to educate ourselves and be prepared for that time. However, I do not agree that we should wait for the world to change. We need to get off our duffs and change the world ourselves.
